| AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE STOLEN DURING BREAK IN | ||
The Windsor Police Service is investigating a Break and Enter to a near east side business during the early morning hours of Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Uniformed officers responded to a Billiard hall in the 1100 block of Wyandotte St. E. at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning after being called by the owner of the business who discovered the break in upon arriving at the location. The rear inner door to the business had been forced open. Officers observed that a cash register had been forced open and a quantity of cash taken. Also stolen from inside the billiard room was an Automated Teller Machine containing an unknown quantity of cash. The ATM machine is still outstanding at this time. Windsor Police are requesting that anyone with any information regarding this break and enter or the location of the Automated Teller Machine is asked to call WPS Investigations at 519-255-6700 ext 4830 or Crime Stoppers at 519-258-TIPS(8477). - 30 - |
