A four month investigation by the Windsor Police Drugs and Guns Unit concluded yesterday when officers executed search warrants on four residences in Windsor and one in Tecumseh.  Officers began their investigation in early October of 2009.  As a result of their investigation, search warrants were obtained for Windsor addresses located in the 1870 Daytona St., the 1524 Gladstone Ave, the 1781 Rooney St. and 776 Campbell Ave. A fifth search warrant was also executed at a residence at 325 Jason Court. in Tecumseh.

During the execution of the search warrants, officers seized quantities of cocaine and loose cannabis marihuana. Officers also seized large quantities of cash from all five residences. During the execution of the search warrant at 1524 Gladstone Ave. Officers located and dismantled a marihuana grow operation and seized over 100 marihuana plants in various stages of growth.

The total value of the marihuana cocaine and crack cocaine seized from all five residences was in excess of $192,000.

As a result of the investigation, the following are facing charges under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act. All four are currently in custody and will appear in court today.

Kevin OUELLETTE - 28 years of Tecumseh is charged with two counts of Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Mariam STEPHENS - 25 years of Tecumseh is charged with two counts of Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Timothy MANN- 27 years of Windsor is charged with Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Cory OUELLETTE - 30 years of Windsor is charged with two counts of Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking and one count of Production of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis Marihuana Grow Operation).
