| CHARGES LAID IN BANK ROBBERY | ||
Windsor Police have laid numerous charges in relation to the armed robbery of the Canadian Imperial bank of Commerce in the 700 block of Tecumseh Rd. on Friday March 6, 2010. Five suspects, including four adults and one young person who cannot be indentified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act were arrested subsequent to the robbery as they attempted to flee the scene in a waiting vehicle. The five accused, four men and one woman, are currently being held at the Windsor County Jail pending a future court appearance. All five accused reside in the Toronto/Etobicoke area. All are charged with numerous offences including Robbery with a Firearm, Forcible Confinement, Possession of a Firearm Obtained by Crime, Point Firearm and Possession of a Weapon Dangerous To the Public Peace. The following accused have been identified as: Jerome ALLEN - 20 years Cristobal CACERES - 20 years Justin DEELARBI - 20 years Tatiana GRAY - 20 years A 16 year old young person is facing the same charges. - 30 - |
