Four Windsor men are in police custody for breaking into a building in the Forest Glade Skate Park.  At 1:45 a.m., this morning, a sharp eyed Forest Glade resident observed a group of youths acting suspiciously near a building in the area of the skate park.  The building houses a concession stand and storage area for park equipment.  The citizen called police immediately.

Officers responded to the area and arrested four suspects who had broken into the building. They were in the process of hauling away duffle bags loaded with candy, pop and over 300 chocolate bars.  

Three young offenders and an 18 year old, all from Windsor, will appear in court today facing a charge of Break and Enter.
