A 35 year old Windsor woman, died after being stabbed in the chest yesterday afternoon. At 1:00 p.m., the victim was walking in the 2600 block of Whelpton Street, when she met up with the suspect. The two women, who were known to each other, got into an argument. The suspect went into a nearby home and came back with a knife. She confronted the victim and stabbed her in the chest. Jennifer Hillis, 35, of Windsor, died as a result of the wound. The suspect was arrested by a uniformed patrol officer at the scene. A knife has been recovered from a nearby sewer. Sandra Kimberly Gould, 43, of Windsor, will appear in court today, facing a charge of Second Degree Murder.
