Pizza Store Robbed |

A Pizza store, located in the 4600 block of Wyandotte Street East, was robbed last night. At 10:00 p.m., a store employee was busy working at the rear of the store. After entering the store, the suspect pulled out a black handgun and announced a robbery. He held the gun to the employees back and walked him to the cash register. After receiving a quantity of cash, the suspect fled the area. The victim was not harmed. Detectives of the Criminal Investigation Branch are working on this case and asking anyone with information to call: 255-6700 ext. 4830 or Crime Stoppers at 258-TIPS (8477). The suspect is described: Male, white, in his twenties, 5'3", stocky build, wearing a grey jogging suit. His face was covered with a balaclava and he was armed with a black pistol.
