Suspect Arrested

The suspect wanted in connection to an early morning stabbing incident has been arrested.  Adam Troy Mann 19, of Windsor was arrested at a home in the 2800 block of Rivard Street at 1:00 p.m., this afternoon.  He was arrested without incident.  He remains in police custody and will be facing a charge of Aggravated Assault.

The victim remains in the Intensive Care Unit at Hotel Dieu Hospital, listed in stable condition.  The investigation is ongoing.
