Detectives are investigating an early morning stabbing incident that occurred in the 800 block of Wyandotte Street East. At 2:38 a.m., a thirty four year old Windsor woman was walking on Wyandotte Street when confronted by a male suspect. The suspect stabbed the victim in the lower abdomen with a knife. She was transported to Hotel Dieu Hospital and underwent surgery for her injury. A suspect has been identified and a warrant is being sought for his arrest. Detectives are looking for a suspect identified as Adam Troy Mann 19 years old, of Windsor. He is described as Male, black, light complexion, 19 years old, 5'11", 165 lbs., short dark hair, brown eyes. He is believed to be armed with a knife. Contact police immediately if sighted.
