Two people are facing mischief charges, after being caught in the act of spray painting graffiti, on the walls of a shopping plaza. At 1:00 p.m., yesterday afternoon, a maintenance worker manager spotted two men walking behind the buildings of a shopping plaza located in the 7200 block of Tecumseh Road East.. He went to investigate the matter and saw two young men spray painting graffiti on the walls of a building. The two suspects spotted the worker and ran from the scene, but ran into a dead end behind one of the stores. The maintenance worker apprehended the pair and detained them for police. An 18 year old Windsor man and 17 year old Young Offender are facing charges of Mischief.
