R.I.D.E. Program

The R.I.D.E. Program was out last night and 470 vehicles passed through the roadside check points.  Eleven roadside breath tests were administered resulting in seven drivers issued a 12 hour licence suspension.  There were no impaired driving charges.  The R.I.D.E. program was set up at various locations in the city including the downtown area and Wyandotte Street East.  Fifteen tickets were issued for various traffic related offences.
