On November 28th, 2002, a sixteen year old girl was walking through Willistead Park on her way to school, when she was attacked from behind. Last week, a sixteen year old girl was walking to school with her sister, when she was attacked from behind on Highland Avenue, near Logan Avenue. In both cases, the victims were knocked to the ground and then touched in a sexual manner. In both instances, the suspect wore a hooded, sweat shirt, over his head and his face was covered with a nylon mask. He has been described as Male, White, mid teens to early twenties, 5'8" to 6ft., medium build, 180 lbs., dark clothing.
