The letter must include: the name of the accused, the date the matter is expected to go to court, and the Ontario Court Case Number, pertaining to the incident.
CHARGES ALREADY DEALT WITH:
A letter of request must be mailed to: Superior Court of Justice, 245 Windsor Avenue, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 1J2.
The letter must include: the name of the accused, and the Ontario Court Case Number, pertaining to the incident.
