The Windsor Police Service has worked with Ontario Provincial Police to develop a Pharmacy Self Audit Survey Tool to help pharmacy business owners improve the safety and security of their store. We encourage owners or managers of pharmacies to utilize the self evaluation survey to help guide you through an honest and thorough evaluation of your property. The survey is simple and should take approximately 20 minutes. A “yes” answer is deemed to be positive and anything otherwise would represent issues that a particular pharmacy should consider addressing to make improvements.
