The Windsor Police Service has implemented the L.E.A.R.N. Companion to the Police Records Check Reform Act as approved by the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police.

The L.E.A.R.N. Companion is intended to assist police services understand and apply relevant legislations, policies, procedures and directives to the processing of Police Record Checks and is also intended to promote consistency in processing methods as well as terminology used throughout the Province of Ontario.
